Domus Fiorelli does not use an automated booking engine on this website: every reservation is confirmed directly with the host via WhatsApp or email. As a result, cancellation terms — including any deposit, refund or rescheduling conditions — are agreed individually with the host at the time of booking confirmation and communicated in writing before payment.

If you booked through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb or Booking.com), that platform's own cancellation policy applies instead.
